No more “wasted employee hours” feeding the office shredder and cleaning it. RML Shredding will secure your documents in a locked container, wheel it to the truck and shred it on the spot.
All of your documents will be destroyed and shred on-site. A Certificate of Destruction is provided the day of service as the documents are shred. Our mobile shredding unit is equipped with a camera and monitor, so you can even view the shredding process. And we are AAA Certified by NAID (National Association of Information Destruction), which is the highest level awarded in the information destruction industry. Secure Off-Site (Plant-Based) Shredding
RML Shredding knows that your sensitive documents and private company information need to be disposed of in a highly secure and confidential manner. That is why we offer an alternative and affordable option to our mobile on-site shredding.
Our facility at RML Shredding, located at 1925 Production Drive in Louisville, Kentucky adheres to the strictest industry standards when it comes to off-site shredding. As is the case with our on-site shredding, RML Shredding is also AAA Certified by NAID (National Association of Information Destruction) for plant-based shredding. We will provide you with the appropriate amount of secure consoles or containers, service them on a convenient schedule by emptying your documents into locked containers by our certified professionals and loaded onto our locked vehicle to transport directly to our warehouse for shredding.
Upon arrival, your documents will be shred within 48 hours in our bonded and monitored NAID Certified facility, which includes video surveillance cameras. Once shredded, the materials are baled and sent to various paper plants to be reduced to pulp for recycling.
A certificate of destruction will be provided once your documents have been through the shredding process.
